Lease Application instructions

• Our Ohio Property lease application will be sent via Docusign electronically to all prospective tenants. Please complete our contact form with your request.

• Please complete all of the fields and sign the lease application electronically.

• Please scan and email any supporting information (last two paystubs and prior year W-2) to us for review.

• Prospective tenants will then receive an email invite from MySmartMove.com to complete a third-party screening and the fee may be paid directly by the prospective tenant.

Please note: The approval process will typically be completed within 48-72 hours.  The lease application approval process includes a background check, a credit risk evaluation, an eviction check, in addition to employment and referral verification.  We do not pull a credit reports so your credit scores will not be impacted.
